The M-32 Pro II series is designed to meet the demanding requirements of professional studios, immersive sound systems, live sound systems, and industrial applications that require reliable analog conversion with high-quality network audio processing. The new converters are available with 32 analog inputs or outputs and either Dante® or AVB in four different models.

The M-32 Pro Series was designed with the goal of creating a 32-channel converter that could be considered a reference on both the input and output sides. To meet this high standard, the M-32 Pro II combines fully balanced signal routing with high quality audio components. This is combined with many years of experience in analog circuit design. The result is a multi-channel converter with a remarkable dynamic range of 120 dB(A) on all channels.
Reference Class Converter
A special feature of the M-32 Pro II Series is the ability to switch individual channels to different reference levels (+13/+19/+24dBu) while maintaining the outstanding audio characteristics. In particular, the provision of +24dBu allows full integration into demanding broadcast environments and analog studios with high channel requirements.
Simple and versatile
The combination of level meters and channel labeling fields is completely "analog", but almost indispensable in daily practice. Individual channel markers can be designed with the included foil and securely attached behind a magnetic cover. The user always has a perfect overview of the channel assignment.
AVB Audio Networking - Two fully redundant network connections
The new M-32 DA Pro II and M-32 AD Pro II are perfect for anyone looking for a reliable and versatile solution. They feature two MADI I/Os with separate signal routing and an AVB interface based on the open networking standards IEEE 802.1 and 1722.1. This allows 32 analog channels with a sample rate of up to 192 kHz to be transmitted over a single Ethernet cable. In conjunction with external AVB switches, the new M-Series converters can be quickly, easily and reliably integrated into more complex network structures thanks to the comprehensive time-synchronous signal processing of the AVB protocol - guaranteed!
The AVB models transmit and receive up to 128 channels at 48 kHz (96 @ 96 kHz, 64 @ 192 kHz) and are fully controllable and configurable via ATDECC (IEEE 1722.1). Seamless integration into deterministic AVB networks is guaranteed.
RME offers an AVB device with two fully redundant network ports, based on the recommendations of MILAN™. The RME AVB core implements the IEEE standards for audio streaming, detection and control. This allows RME devices to be detected and fully controlled by any AVB controller. Manufacturer specific control protocols are a thing of the past.
Ongoing Updates and Enhancements
RME has always been a manufacturer with a sustainable product philosophy. The entire product family benefits from continuous updates and enhancements long after its launch. Since the launch of the first M-32 Pro converters, for example, not only the web interface has been completely redesigned, but also the compatibility with the MILAN™ standard has been realized via software updates. The new M-32 Pro II converters are also under continuous development, making them a safe investment in the future.
