The SE Musiclab was recently opened in Wabern near Bern. With its form and equipment, it immediately became an internationally pioneering research and production facility in the audio sector. In the adjoining recording studio with variable reverberation time, the initiator of the SE Musiclab, Jürgen Strauss, uses several DPA microphones of the types 4006 and 4011 from the 4000 series. He does it for good reason: "Working with the source material you can get from DPA microphones makes life easy and joyful," Strauss says.
