Violectric
HPA V222
Balanced headphone amplifier
The HPA V222 is a new balanced headphone amplifier within the Violectric program. As a real balanced amplifier, it offers four output stages and not only balanced connection options
The Headphone Amplifier is an evolution of the multiple test winners HPA V200 and HPA V280. It offers the incomparable natural and pleasant sound that made its predecessors famous.
Low noise
Very low internal gain. This makes the inherent noise of the amplifiers inaudible.
High output power
Powerful amplifiers that can deliver far more power than even the most demanding headphones can use. Therefore, best suited for headphones with low impedances and also magnetostats.
High output voltage
50 volts internal operating voltage. Therefore ideally suited for high impedance headphones.
High damping factor
Lowest output impedance. Therefore ideally suited to drive out even the most difficult headphones without interference with a guarantee of uncompromised frequency response.
The line inputs on the rear can be selected via a switch on the front. The activated and buffered signal reaches the output stages after the RK 27 volume control, which are an evolution of the famous V200 circuits.
Connect your (balanced) headphones to the HPA V222 and enjoy a compact and fantastic sounding headphone amplifier with the vaunted natural, smooth yet precise Violectric sound!
