128 Channel IP Audio Dante Card
Add up to 128 channels of high-density, low-latency digital audio using Dante to Pro Tools | MTRX, MTRX II (128 channels at 44.1 kHz or 32 channels at 192 kHz).
The MTRX 128-Channel IP Audio Dante Card lets you add up to 64 bi-directional (128) low-latency channels to the Pro Tools | MTRX base unit. Dante has established itself as the leading format for transmitting audio over a network. Dante is an extremely fast, low-latency, bandwidth-friendly format that allows you to transmit 64 bidirectional channels of 24-bit/48 kHz audio at a standard latency of 1 ms and a transfer rate of only 74 Mbps over a single network connection. With Dante, you can transmit up to 512 24-bit/48 kHz audio channels over a single Gigabit network connection. With Dante, you can add as many audio channels as you want to a network by simply adding more MTRX or other Dante-equipped interfaces. Adding new devices to a Dante network couldn't be easier, as it features automatic device discovery and assigns easily recognisable device names. Dante is extremely cost-effective and can use existing network infrastructure to send and receive audio over CAT5/6 cables in a multi-room setup.
